Our customer-facing Technical Support team is looking for new Technical Support Agents which are independent, flexible and logical. You will be part of the Tier 1 team, responsible to give the first answer to our client and, educating them on our platform 24/7, using emails, chat and phone.
The position is a freelance role working remotely and/or optionally working in our Barcelona/Toronto Office. You need to:
