We’re looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Admin to join Hostaway’s Revenue Operations team. As we transition from HubSpot to Salesforce, this role is critical in ensuring a seamless CRM migration while building a robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce platform that supports our rapidly growing SaaS business. This person will play a key role in aligning systems with business needs and empowering our teams with clean, actionable data.
Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration: Manage and customize Salesforce to meet business needs; handle user roles, permissions, workflows, and dashboards; ensure data integrity and perform audits.
CRM Migration: Lead or support HubSpot-to-Salesforce migration with high data accuracy; map business processes, train teams, and document workflows.
HubSpot Knowledge: Leverage expertise to optimize HubSpot processes and ensure a smooth transition.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to define priorities; integrate Salesforce with tools like BI platforms; provide troubleshooting and training.
Scalability & Best Practices: Design scalable solutions, stay updated on Salesforce features, and implement efficiency improvements
Job requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B SaaS environment is required. Prior experience in B2B SaaS is essential for success in this role.
Proven experience in CRM migration projects, ideally transitioning from HubSpot to Salesforce.
Strong understanding of HubSpot and its processes.
Expertise in Salesforce customization (e.g., workflows, process builder, flows, Lightning app builder).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have skills for this role
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are strongly preferred.
Familiarity with data integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
