Our Toronto team is looking for the next generation of superstar Sales Development Representatives to help us take our product to top within the vacation rentals space. 


We are looking for hungry and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join our rapidly-growing Sales Team in Toronto and Barcelona. The principle role of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) is to act as the liaison between our marketing and sales teams. As an SDR you connect with potential customers by phone, email, social media and other methods directly with our inbound and outbound leads to schedule meetings with the Account Executives.

As the SDR you are driven to get the best results out of our inbound and outbound leads. Day in and day out you will be in contact with the prospects and inform them about the benefits they can get from using Hostaway.

As an SDR you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for leads with inbound and outbound touches;

  • Qualify prospects and create meetings between the prospects and our account executives.

  • Produce market research reports for marketing, product and management department

  • Work closely on a daily basis with multiple teams in order to accelerate our growth


  • A positive work hard, have fun attitude

  • Comfortable to cold call prospects

  • Competitively driven with a strong and collaborative teamwork mentality

  • Willingness and desire to learn, be coached and improve continuously

  • Driven to work with various global teams to improve our marketing campaigns and product improvements.

  • Willing to work daily from our Toronto / Barcelona office. (remote work is optional from time to time).

  • Eye for detail, we love dogs so upload a funny dog picture with your application.


  • One + years relevant business experience

  • Experience as host, property owner hosting on Airbnb,, Expedia, HomeAway and many other OTAs or working experience as host sales agent for a OTA is required.
  • Experience in selling SaaS software based subscriptions preferred
