We are seeking a versatile and empathetic Product Analyst who excels in simplifying complex concepts and fostering collaboration. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in tracking definition, a preference for simple solutions over complicated models, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. They should thrive both independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated drive to create compelling data visualizations that resonate with stakeholders across the organization. As a Product Data Analyst you will:

  • Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, benchmarks, and metrics to maximize the product performance

  • Turn data into actionable insights about our users to drive product decisions

  • Design and develop comprehensive dashboards to provide self-serve analytics solutions to different stakeholders across the business

  • Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for data analysis

  • Collaborate, learn, share, and brainstorm with the rest of the Product team


Job requirements


What We Are Looking For:

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to craft data into actionable insights and can influence decision-making with data

  • You are comfortable bringing insights to our dashboards

  • You are proficient with SQL and Excel/Google Spreadsheets

  • You have experience with BI tools (e.g. Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Mode)

  • You have experience working in B2B SaaS companies

Nice to have

  • Statistical programming in Python or R
