Our Toronto team is looking for a Head of Growth who will be responsible for leading the strategic and creative execution of B2B marketing initiatives across digital platforms, through global partnerships, as well as high-calibre referrals.

You will work alongside the Product, Sales, People & Culture teams, as well as external partners and agencies to bring our marketing efforts to life while driving impact along the entire funnel. You will be responsible for spearheading the entire marketing team at Hostaway while tying efforts to KPIs and metrics.


Your impact at Hostaway:

  • Lead and drive results in all aspects of B2B marketing including digital, offline, CRM, PR, and events to build the sales funnel by generating qualified leads

  • Work closely with the management team and cross-functional teams to develop and execute an international marketing strategy in the vacation rental industry

  • Support and guide the creation and maintenance of the company brand, including messaging, tone, design, and public and analyst relations to drive heightened awareness and brand loyalty

  • Build and lead a comprehensive marketing team to drive impactful campaigns, messaging, product features and to help Hostaway stand out from the competitive market

  • Understand market and consumer trends, competitive landscape and themes in the vacation rental industry

  • Maintain department budget and report to the executive team

  • Work with Product and Engineering in designing and improving a self-onboarding funnel

  • Continually develop leadership and tactical skills

Your background/experience:

  • 5+ years working directly in a high-growth, B2B fast-paced start-up

  • Data wiz. You analyze analytics tools and infrastructure in your sleep

  • Passion for developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns no matter the challenges that arise

  • You have successfully built out, hired, onboarded and led a marketing team

  • You hold an unshakeable track record for delivering and exceeding against targets and KPIs

  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking (we are excel enthusiasts in every possible way)

  • Extensive experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Email, Facebook marketing and referral marketing

  • Background in startup work environments where you have extensively used and developed strategies using tools like GSuite, Slack, Jira and Confluence

  • Outstanding written and communication skills and ability to work with an internationally distributed and diverse team
