Our Barcelona team is looking for a Customer Support Specialist whose bottomline is customer success, product support, and keeping up our reputation of having a world-class CX experience. As a Customer Support Specialist, you are sharp, dynamic, and wholeheartedly devoted to creating an exceptional experience for our valued customers.


Requirements

What this role is all about:

- Building strong B2B relationships with our clients  

- Answering client requests in a timely manner and solving problems via phone, email, chat, using Zendesk  

- Optimizing client experience and helping our users maximize revenue through creative techniques (improving their listings, better copy/photos, etc)  

- Being able to troubleshoot bugs/feature requests and communicating them to our Product & Development teams 

 - Wearing different hats and sometimes at odd days/hours 

- Working closely with Account Managers and Team Leaders to generate a feedback loop and productive product feedback


Who you are/what you know:

- You have at least 1-3 years of experience in a tech support role 

- The short-term vacation rentals industry is interesting and familiar to you

- Ambiguity and starting processes from scratch excite and motivate you 

- You thrive on cultivating human relationships and helping customers understand how to better interact with products

- You are data-driven and analytical in your thinking and execution 

- Extremely comfortable with extensive knowledge on various tools/tech i.e Zendesk, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Google apps
