Hostaway is seeking a we are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive (AE) who is native in French to join our team and drive our growth in the French-speaking market.


Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory, with a focus on French-speaking regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Able to close deals and with proven experience in both inbound and outbound activities.
  • Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and position our products/services as solutions to address their needs effectively.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with internal teams to deliver added value and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that resonate with clients and align with their goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive mutual success.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and expand our client base.

Job requirements

  • Native in French and fluent in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and account management.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization, with a focus on driving value and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and handle complex sales scenarios.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
